Tom Briones, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Briones brings to ICM eighteen years of technology, manufacturing and business experience serving in executive management positions.  As General Manager he is tasked with overseeing Sales, Operations and Marketing functions while establishing key business, distribution and technology partnerships to drive revenue.

Prior to joining ICM, Mr. Briones served as the interim Executive General Manager of Kinetic International; a 15 year old privately held company focused on optimizing capital assets through process improvement.  There he was effective in cutting costs and improved revenue by 20%.  Earlier as Co-Founder of AnyDevice, Inc., a mobile middleware company, he was instrumental in growing the business through his leadership in Business Development and Sales. These efforts directly contributed to AnyDevice’s acquisition by HiddenMind Technology where Mr. Briones continued on in a leadership role as Senior Vice President of Business Development.

Joseph Healan, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Healan joined ICM in 2005 with the more than 10 years of finance and accounting experience. He is responsible for handling the finances and overseeing the daily operations of the business.

Prior to joining ICM Mr. Healan worked with Loyatlyworks, Inc., a loyalty and incentive marketing company. In this position Mr. Healan was responsible for managing venture capital funds for the business, building the accounting infrastructure for their points based incentive programs and working with their software development team to design the processes for tracking and reporting on the points program.

Previously, Mr. Healan served as Accounting Manager at World Travel Partners where he handled monthly management reporting, cash management functions and various projects for the CFO.

Mr. Healan started his career in accounting working at Arthur Anderson and then Selig Chemical Industries.

Mr. Healan has a bachelor’s degree in B.A. from Georgia State University.

Todd Meyers, Vice President of Sales

In Mr. Meyer’s role as vice president of sales, he is responsible for leading sales globally for ICM. With nearly 20 years of experience, Todd has proven the ability to build sales and sales teams in start-ups that have grown companies to successful exit buy-outs.

Prior to joining ICM, Mr. Meyer was a partner at Renovance responsible for direct sales of consulting services to commercial accounts and industry vendors. He also worked at BMC Software as the business unit field director for the rollout of new Business Service Management for account managers and sales engineering in the western half of North America. As a director, Mr. Meyer exceeded revenue quota each quarter.

Mr. Meyer has also held management positions during his 20 years of experience with companies including IT Masters Inc., Objective Systems Integrators, Cabana Software Corporation and Westinghouse Communications Systems Group.
